The Parents’ Gild will be holding their annual Christmas Fair on Saturday November 24th from 12:00-3:00 pm .For the first time,not only are there stalls in the Main hall and classrooms but in the corridor, classrooms, piazza, common room etc.
There will be over thirty stalls run by parents and external stall holders including festive foods, Christmas gifts, pocket money toys, “Doodle Duvet”, “Pocket Art Gallery”, kitchenwares, jewellery, childrenswear and the ever popular Tombolerama, Christmas wreath making and Lucky dip. Our key attraction is a “Tree of Surprises”, which offers an opportunity for you to win some amazing prizes.
The Sixth Form Common Room is going to be transformed into a festive café featuring fabulous savoury and sweet refreshments as well as mince pies and mulled wine to get you in a holiday mood and offer a respite from the buzz of the fair. The Piazza will be full of the appealing aroma of sausages, pancakes and waffles all cooked to order and there will be an array of activities run by pupils for the young and young at heart.
For the first year we are having a second hand sporting goods stall as well as the more traditional book/dvds and cds. We are running a “Vintage clothes” stall for teenagers, the legendary Prep run cake stall and our young musicians will keep you entertained throughout the afternoon.

All the proceeds from the Christmas Fair benefit the Horizon Fund which provides grants to current Latymer students who, for financial reasons, would not otherwise have the opportunity to take part in educational and curriculum-based trips or events.
